Pineapple Sheet Cake

~ Pineapple Sheet Cake ~

2 eggs 1tsp vanilla

2 cups flour 1/2 tsp salt

2 cups sugar 2 tsp baking soda

1 #2 can crushed, pineapple

1 cup pecans, chopped

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Spray, or grease and flour a 9x13" pan.

Pour mixture into pan.

Bake at 35o for 35 to 40 minutes.

~ ICING ~

1 8oz pkg Cream Cheese

1 1/4 sticks (3/4 cup) Oleo or margarine

(use butter, it'll be better)

1 box of powered sugar

(this is one pound)

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 tsp vanilla

Mix well & spread on cooled cake.
